As of 10:00 AM this morning I’ve tried subscribing to the old Unlimitxt but I still receive the promo for the new scheme. It looks like Globe is defying the order.

As of 11:00AM today (2/6/2007) Globe Telecoms still hasn’t complied with the order. I’ve tried registering to the old Unlimitxt but I still receive the new promo announcement.

No, globe did not comply with ntc’s order. Globe is still accepting registrations to its new unli service. I called at 214 ths 11:00 and the csr told me that they are aware of ntc’s order but it’s not yet implemented. Thr4 ntc has no suspension order

i am so irritated with globe’s inaction with NTC’s order that i have been using this app on my cel to continously send unlimitxt commands to their server. i get a kick getting all their replies advertising the new unlimited service. sana naman matauhan na sila.

I just saw in Globe’s website their advertisement for their new unlitxt. I think they just put it in today, 1 day after NTC’s suspension order (ang lakas ng loob nila).

they are not complying. they are still implementing that new stupid service of unlimited txt. if you have concerns, call direct NTC para sila na gumawa ng action s globe. eto number ng NTC 926-7722 or 924-4026. To NTC, may tiwala po kami sa inyo. don’t let us down.

i just called NTC and the lady i spoke to from the commissioner’s office told me that we should fax them our written complaints (921-7128) these will be forwarded to their in-house lawyers and will be used against Globe in the hearing

I just got off the phone with Globe CSR regarding the Unlitxt promo. CSR name is Callista. She said that the new rates still apply (Unlitxt 20, 40, 80), even if there has already been an order by NTC. I asked what if NTC formally suspends the new rates, will Globe give the subscribers rebates/refunds for those who applied at new rates, she replied “No.”
I called Globe Customer Service around 4:00pm, Feb 6,2007.
PS. I’ll be faxing my complaint to NTC in a minute.

Globe and NTC insulted TXTPower. NTC released order but Globe did not comply. Therefore, txtpower have posted not a NEWS but only a JOKE when it said, “TXTPower wins Round 1: NTC suspends Globe Unlimitxt price hike”

I don’t think they would comply soon…
ang reason.. WALA PA SILANG KOPYA NG DIRECTIVE from the NTC..
Gandang palusot diba?
Baka naman may malapit sa Globe Head office… pakibigyan naman sila ng copy oh…
=>
Oh.. nag update pala sila ng myglobe site.. pero yung globe handyphone site hindi updated..
I was able to take screen shots nung site ng globe about sa unlimitxt: http://migs.wordpress.com/2007/02/01/globe-unlitxt/

Here’s the link on inquirer website:
NTC suspends Globe’s Unlitxt SMS promo - INQUIRER.net
If ever there’s a suspension on Globe New Unlitxt Promo, why is it that they still pushing the new rates despite from the order of NTC to suspend the new unlitxt promo. NTC, baka naman nabigyan na kayo ng regalo from the Ayala Group?tsk tsk tsk…..

Ayan kasalanan nmn pla ng ntc kng bkt hnd sinunod ng globe ang order. Lack of legality! Dpt sisihin ang ntc sa pagbbgay ng permit at pagbbgay ng illegal order
