Parents of a 15yr old boy find $71,000 in his closet:

You may have seen this story featured on a number of major news programs (United States), and reported elsewhere around the world.
His mother was doing some cleaning and putting some laundry away when she discovered a large brown paper bag that was suspiciously
buried beneath some clothes and a skateboard in the back of her 15-year-old sons closet.

Nothing could have prepared her for the shock she got when she opened the bag and found that it was full of dollar bills -- $71,000 to be precise!!

"My first thought was that he had robbed a bank", says the 41-year-old woman, "There was over $71,000 in that bag,
that's more than my husband earns in a year".

The woman immediately called her husband at the car-dealership where he worked to tell him what she had discovered.
He came home right away and together they drove to the boys school and picked him up.
Little did they suspect that where the bills were coming from was going to be a bigger surprise than actually finding them in the closet.

As it turns out, the boy had been sending out, via E-mail, a type of "Report" to other E-mail addresses that he obtained off the Internet.
Everyday after school for the past 2 months, he had been doing this on his computer in his bedroom.

"I just got an E-mail one day and I figured what the heck, I put my name on it like the instructions said and I started sending it out", says the 15-year-old.

The E-mail letter he received had 5 names and addresses listed on it and contained instructions on how to send one $5 dollar bill to each person on the list.
Then delete the name and address at the bottom of the list (Report 5) and move the other 4 names and addresses down one step,
finally adding your own name and address to the top of the list (Report 1).

The letter goes on to state that you would receive several thousand dollars in five-dollar bills within 2 weeks
if you sent out the letter with your name and address at the top of the 5-address list.

"I get junk E-mail all the time, and really did not think it was going to work", the boy continues.

Within the first few days of sending out the E-mail,
the Post Office Box that his parents had gotten him for his video-game magazine subscriptions began to fill up
not with magazines, but envelopes containing $5 bills.

"About a week later I rode my bike down to the post office and my
Post Office Box had 1 magazine and about 300 envelopes stuffed in it."

Over the next few weeks, the boy continued sending out the E-mail.

"The five dollar bills just kept coming in and I just kept sorting them and stashing them in the closet,
I barely had time for my homework". He had also been riding his bike to several of the banks in his area
and exchanging the $5 bills for twenties, fifties and hundreds.

"I didn't want the banks to get suspicious so I kept riding to different banks with like five thousand at a time in my backpack.
I would usually tell the lady at the bank counter that my dad had sent me in to exchange

the bills and he was outside waiting for me.
One time the lady gave me a really strange look and told me that she would not be able to do it for me and my dad would have to come in and do it,
but I just rode to the next bank down the street (laughs)."

Surprisingly, the boy did not have any reason to be afraid.
The reporting news team examined and investigated the so-called "chain-letter" the boy was sending out and found
that it was not a chain-letter at all. In fact, it was completely lawful according to United States Postal and Lottery Laws
which state; a product or service must be exchanged for funds received.

Every five-dollar bill that he received contained a little note that read, "Please send me report number xyz".
This simple note made the letter lawful because he was exchanging a service (A Report on how-to do something) for a five-dollar fee.

It's true. The boy legitimately earned $71,000.
You should print this, read it and read it again and again if necessary.
Then follow the simple instructions. You too could make $71,000 and much much more.

THE PAYPAL 6 DOLLAR MONEY-MAKING METHOD

All you need is:

1) An email address
2) A PayPal account

WHAT IS IT?????

The idea is that of a system that takes advantage of the power of
compounding. And in a big way, let me tell you. First and foremost
understand that there are countless spin-offs of this system that try to
make a
"quick buck" off of people. Long lists, the 5 & 10 dollar trees, the
birthday systems,
etc... Those spin-offs do make money because of the ease of implementation
of this idea, but they do NOT use the compounding advantage. This system
is THE LEGIT and PROFITABLE one.

Here is how it works...

There is a list of 6 email addresses (you'll see it as you read further).
Each of these people has already taken part in this system. When someone new
comes along (such as yourself) he/she removes #1 off of the list,
moves the other five email addresses up one position (i.e. #6 goes to #5,
#5 to #4, etc.), and places their PayPal email address in the #6
position. This process is what develops the power of compounding. The
bottom line is this……

HONESTY and INTEGRITY CREATES PROFITABILITY.

Following this EXACT process is what creates the money, and that is why this system
has been raved about in the media. Altering the system creates weak
results. The legality of this system comes from the idea that you are
of course creating a mailing list, and a "service" is being provided
(more on that later.) Now on to how your $6.00 creates BIG money...

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1:

The first thing to do is highlight and SAVE this entire post in word
or notepad on your computer so you can come back to it later.
After that, if you are not already a PayPal user you need to go to
the PayPal website at paypal.com and SIGN UP.

people then
you will need to sign up for a PREMIER or BUSINESS account (not just a
PERSONAL account).
This is highly recommended to allow others easy payment
options. In order to place the initial $6 into your account, you will
have to verify your bank account with PAYPAL (which may take a few
days). PAYPAL is 100% secure and is used by millions of people
worldwide.

STEP 2:

Here is where the action occurs. The first thing to do is to send a
$1.00 payment to each of the 6 email addresses on the current list
from your PayPal account. To do this quickly and successfully, follow
these simple steps:

1. Login to PayPal and click on the "Send Money" tab near the top of
the screen

2. In the "Recipient's Email" field enter the email address

3. In the "Amount" field enter "1" (This is your $1.00 payment in USD –US Dollars)

4. In the "Category" field select "Service" (Keeping it legal)

5. In the "Subject" field type "EMAIL LIST"

6. In the "MESSAGE" field enter "PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR EMAIL LIST". By doing this, you are creating a service and maintaining the legality of the system by "paying" for the service.

7. Finally, click on the "Continue" button to complete the payment.

8. Repeat these steps for each of the 6 email addresses. That's it! By
sending the $1.00 payment to each address, you are implementing the
compounding POWER of the system. You will reap what you sow!

should be changed. ** Make sure your email address is the one you
have registered with PayPal **

STEP 4:

Post your amended article created in Step3 to at least 200 newsgroups or message
boards. Keep in mind that there are tens of thousands of groups online!
All you need is 200, but remember the more you post the more money you make -
as well as everyone else on the list! I've began to see money roll in
before I even hit 100 posts, but try to hit around 200 to allow
maximum exposure. Use Netscape, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari,
or whatever your internet browser is to search for various news groups,
on-line forums, message boards, bulletin boards, chat sites,
discussions, discussion groups, on-line communities, etc.
For example, log on to any search engine like yahoo.com or google.com and type
in a subject like;
'MILLIONAIRE MESSAGE BOARD', 'MONEY MAKING DISCUSSIONS',
'MONEY MAKING FORUMS', or 'BUSINESS MESSAGE BOARD', etc. You will
find thousands and thousands of message boards. Click them one by one and
you will find the option to post a new message. Fill in the subject
which will be the header that everyone sees as they scroll through
the list of postings in a particular group, and post the article with the
NEW list of email addresses included. THAT'S IT!!! All you have to do
is jump to different newsgroups and post away. After you get the hang
of it, it will take about 30 seconds for each newsgroup.

HOW THE MONEY WORKS:

When you post 200 messages in various forums, it is estimated that at
LEAST 15 people will respond and send you a $1.00 ($15.00). Those 15
will Post 200 Posts each and 225 people send you $1.00 ($225.00), etc.
through 6 levels of email addresses. For comprehension purposes, here
is an easy viewing chart:

1) 15(1) = 15 people ($1) = $15
2) 15(15) = 225 people ($1) = $225
3) 15(225) = 3375 people ($1) = $3375
4) 15(3375) = 50625 people ($1) = $50625
5) 15(50625) = 759375 people ($1) = $759375

As you can see, your $6.00 has multiplied exponentially. What other
opportunity that is as simple as this can cash in the way this can?!
I'm not going to say this is going to make everyone over $800,000,
but within a few WEEKS you begin to see results, thanks to the speed of
the internet!
When your name is no longer on the list, take the latest posting in
the newsgroups and begin the process again. Simply amazing...
One other tip to speed up the process even more:
You can send out your amended post (after you complete the process
and add your PAYPAL email address to the list) to the contacts you
already have in YOUR email address book! It is AMAZING how fast this
works.

I think that Telecom Companies must be forthright in their
advertisement. And government should not contibute in misleadeading
the public about the cost of SMS, particularly the so called 50 cent
per SMS promos of Telecom Companies. For example, A consumer who
register in Smart or Globe promo will pay P20 for a maximum of 40 SMS
which they must send within 24 hours to OTHER network. But if they
were not able to consume all of this (and most consumers don't), then
the cost of SMS can even be more than 50cents per SMS. If one happens
to need to send only one SMS for the day after registering, then
he/she effectively paid P20 for a single SMS.

Good news from Smart! Willing na daw silang magbigay ng rebate sa mga oras na bro-ken sila! Pero dapat, gawa ka ng logbook mo, state the time and date that you are experiencing broken internet, i.e., "limited or no connectivity" or when no connection at all "page cannot be displayed, etc." Mark the time the service is down until the time it was restored.

Sabi ng SMART Center, gagamitin daw nila yun to verify from their own record. Duh! Bakit pa tayo magpapagod mag-log-book e alam naman pala nila kung kailan sila down? Mas wais pa sila kay Lumen noh?

I am proud to say that I have another millionaire student - in fact I
have two...they're they're the first millionaire couple. Jessie and
Apple Raquel have blazed a trail and their story is such an
inspiration. I interviewed them:

Trace - I heard you're the Think Rich Pinoy Millionaire's Network
franchise's first real estate millionaire couple! Congratulations! How
does it feel?

Jessie- We are proud to be the first "Think Rich Pinoy" millionaires
because of our first property in Bancal Meycauayan Bulacan. When I am
feeling discouraged and have lots of rejection, I always look back to
this successful event in our life. This is really a milestone.

Apple- It feels really great! We owe this to our group the TRPMN
(Think Rich Pinoy Millionaire Network) and of course to our
magnificent mentors, you,Larry Gamboa, Bo Sanchez and Nelson Terrible.

Trace - describe to me how you achieved millionaire status in such a
short time.

Apple - We bought through a bank auction a 10-door apartment as our
first deal in Bancal, Meycauayan Bulacan. And through yours and
Larry's guidance, we were able to determine that its value is Php3.7M
and bought only for Php1.85M.

Jessie – In the simplest way, the most crucial thing is to set
"unrealistic" and "bone-deep" heart-felt goals. My goal at that time
was not to become a millionaire but to have a passive income
(Php150,000 monthly) so that I don't need to work abroad and leave my
family just to earn a living. And whatever happens stay focused in
achieving it but be flexible. There are lots of learning experience
from your first deal. Try to find out what works and what doesn't.

From my youth, I always believe that I am God's beloved. That He is
with me no matter what happens. I just believe in my heart that God
calls me to do this thing for a higher purpose. In essence, you have
to set goals. Act upon it and stay focused. And believe that this goal
will be achieved.

Trace - what challenges did you encounter and how did you overcome them?

Jessie – The biggest challenge was to sell the 10 units of the
apartment in Bancal, Meycauayan.We had a negative cash flow for 1
year. You suggested the idea of marketing it using Php99/day
RENT-TO-OWN units. After massive marketing campaign, bandit signs and
internet marketing, unbelievable things happened, we were able move
the remaining 5 units in 2 two weeks.

Trace - so you went from negative cashflow for 1 year and because of
one single idea from me...you were able to become positive cashflow in
just 2 weeks. Wow!

Apple - It really ain't easy being in the same business as a couple.
Like for us, we two are really different persons..different
personalities, have different views etc. So sometimes we end up in
'hot' business discussions.But don't worry they oftentimes result in a
very sound decision and I think it is normal for couples.

Trace - describe to me your latest deal? What is the potential profit,
how did you find the deal, etc.?

Jessie – Our latest deal is "Romagna deal", our 3rd property in Maia
Alta, Antipolo. We already have a buyer for this property. We bought
it for 2.5M, and sold it for 3.5M on a rent-to-own basis for 15 years.
(Actually, we are selling it for 2.9M if cash, 3.1M if Bank financing.
And 3.5M if Rent-to-own.) We found a buyer first and then we showed
different properties even if they were not yet tied up. After the
buyer's decision as to which property they wanted, we talked to the
seller and tied it up for Php5,000 only.

Trace - If there is only one thing from each of you that you can tell
our readers who are striving to become millionaires, what advice will
you give?

Jessie – Set "unrealistic" goals. And take massive action. Stay with
it until its completion.

Apple – Have very good mentors who can guide you. Imitate them just
like what we did.

Trace - Now that you are millionaires, what is next?

Apple – To be billionaires?! (lol) Honestly, you must not stop on what
you are and have right know. Strive more so there will be more
opportunities in helping other people. As Bo says, "The purpose of
money is to help and bless others. The more people you help, the
richer you become and you become rich not just materially but
spiritually. You become truly rich."

Jessie- Our goal is to earn Php1Million monthly. This can be done by
retailing at least 2 properties per month with at least Php500,000
mark-up each.
