Submitted May 25, 2011 at the National Telecommunications Commission, this pleading outlines TXTPower’s views on why the NTC should deny the Joint Application of PLDT-Digitel seeking the agency’s blessings for its questionable transaction.

TXTPower may file a supplemental pleading.
