As the Senate continues its probe into abuses of Smart, Globe and Sun Cellular, as well as the (non-)performance of the regulating agency National Telecommunications Commission, we urge consumers to make their voices heard by posting your complaints here.

Good news: Philippines’ texters take centerstage in US conference

LOS ANGELES June 5 (June 6 in Manila) — Filipinos’ text and cellphone power earned raves at the Beyond Broadcast 2009 conference on June 3-5 (June 5-6 in Manila) at the University of Southern California-Annenberg School for Communication in this city, with conference participants applauding Filipinos’ use of mobile phones for promoting consumer welfare and social change.
