TXTPower asks NTC to bring back Globe’s unlimited texting rates

TXTPower filed a letter-complaint via email at the National Telecommunications Commission.

We are asking the NTC to bring back Globe’s unlimited texting service and to rollback rates to pre-Feb. 1, 2007 levels.
